Key Senior Advisor Role

We are seeking experienced financial and commercial experts to join our Project & Infrastructure Advisory team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of infrastructure projects across Australia and multiple sectors for both government and private-sector clients.

About the Opportunity

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Substantial experience in mergers/acquisitions, valuations, financial modeling, project or corporate finance and transaction expertise, in an investment banking, professional services or consulting environment or relevant government agency, investor or contractor role
  • Strong understanding of the infrastructure/property sectors and relevant relationships within government agencies and the market
  • Ability to provide authoritative and evidence-based advice to clients in relation to:
    • Government infrastructure legislation, policy, guidelines and regulation
    • Risk allocation, bankability, contract structures and procurement models
    • Project agreement terms (e.g. funding, financing, construction, O&M)
    • Evaluation criteria, bid evaluation, financing and negotiation tactics
  • Capability to work with integrated multidisciplinary teams (e.g. technical, legal, tax, accounting, insurance) in managing the delivery of infrastructure for governments, sponsors, contractors and/or financers
  • Completed feasibility assessments or business cases that have helped shape a program or project, given stakeholders confidence and resulted in funding commitments

Advanced tertiary qualifications in finance and/or law (economics, engineering or other qualifications will also be considered).
