Electrical Engineering Internship

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the management and maintenance of electrical assets. As an Electrical Engineering Intern, you will work under the guidance of senior engineers to develop practical skills that support your engineering studies.

About the Role
  • You will assist with the design, planning, and delivery of ITS, electrical, and infrastructure projects.
  • You will support asset data management, maintenance planning, and commissioning of new assets.
  • You will provide technical input on electrical engineering aspects of ITS, traffic signals, road lighting, and related systems.
  • You will contribute to multi-disciplinary project teams and help deliver projects on time, on quality standards.
Candidate Profile / Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) or dual-degree equivalent.
  • Interest in applying engineering theory to practical projects in a dynamic environment.
  • A clear communicator, both written and verbal, who can work well in a team setting.
Mandatory Requirements
  • Enrolled in a Bachelor of Engineering or dual-degree equivalent.
  • Current Class C driver's licence.
  • Construction Industry Induction (White Card).
  • Ability to provide and use suitable Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
