Physiotherapist Role

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing culturally appropriate therapy services to clients.

  • The Physiotherapist will deliver contemporary, evidence-based physiotherapy services to individuals with diverse conditions.
  • They will conduct regular performance evaluations and feedback sessions to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Effective communication with the multidisciplinary team is essential for delivering high-quality client services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessment, treatment, planning, and evaluation of clients' diverse needs.
  • Collaboration and communication within the multidisciplinary team.
  • Identification and recommendation of process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in physiotherapy.
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Minimum 2 years experience working with adult caseloads.
  • Knowledge of various physiotherapy methods.
  • High-level oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Proven teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Personal resilience and flexibility in challenging situations.

Desirable:

  • Experience working in an Aboriginal Medical Service.
  • Multi-disciplinary team experience.
