Member Experience Lead Role

We are seeking an accomplished Member Experience Lead to spearhead the delivery of a world-class experience across all our locations. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Club Manager to ensure that every interaction with our members is seamless, engaging, and meets their expectations.

This is a dynamic role that requires a unique blend of interpersonal skills, initiative, and customer orientation. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional results, fostering positive relationships, and emulating our company's values and behaviours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong relationships with teammates to create a cohesive and supportive team environment.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the club, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for members.
  • Prioritize Health and Safety, adhering to relevant regulations and company procedures.
  • Represent our company culture and values through every interaction with members.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Accountability and effective communication.
  • Customer orientation and interpersonal savvy.
  • Initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • A valid First Aid & CPR Certificate.
