About the Position

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead high-quality early education and care programs for young children with autism.
  • Collaborate with the Educational Leader and Room Lead to drive pedagogical practices and implement leadership strategies.
  • Work with Allied Health and specialist education staff to develop responsive curricula and support individual child goals.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Certificate 3 level qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care with more than two years relevant work-related experience, including leadership role.

  • Self-awareness, ability to see things from another person's perspective, and willingness to act on feedback.
