Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Volunteer Assistant to support our sales and customer service team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers with a warm and friendly attitude
  • Assisting customers with inquiries and providing clear information
  • Supporting the donor care program by receiving donated goods and communicating with donors
  • Processing donated goods according to production guidelines
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and staff areas
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and move donations as needed
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • A reliable and punctual attendance record
