  • Providing exceptional customer service with memorable, meaningful interactions
  • Inspiring and educating customers on pet care and products based on your knowledge
  • Completing sales transactions and aiming to meet store sales goals
  • Working with your team to ensure the store is well-presented and stocked
  • Keeping up-to-date with pet care knowledge, products, and services
  • Contributing to a positive, supportive store culture
  • Maintaining a strong safety mindset and fostering a safety culture

What We Need:

  • A passion for animals and delivering excellent customer service
  • Experience in retail or similar environments
  • A drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and team members
  • Physical fitness to lift products up to 20kgs
  • Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
