About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team in a Ground Crew member position at our Wollongong Drop Zone due to our continued success and ongoing growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service ensuring high levels of satisfaction
  • Carry out office and administrative duties as required
  • Support skydive instructors in preparing and training customers for safe skydives
  • Assist in coordinating parachute landings with precision and care
  • Follow established safety procedures and protocols rigorously
  • Display high levels of initiative and independence in a fast-paced environment
  • Be willing to work outside in a variety of weather conditions adapting accordingly
