Trainer/Avaluator in Pathology Collection
Seeking an experienced and qualified Trainer/Avaluator to oversee student work placements, provide guidance and support, and assess competencies in pathology collection.
- Experience in pathology collection or a related field is required.
- Excellent communication, assessment, and feedback skills are essential.
- The ability to develop training plans, manage student records, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards is necessary.
- Knowledge of quality standards in the medical field is also required.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities are essential for this role.
- Proficiency with remote teaching tools and technologies is preferred.
- A relevant qualification in pathology collection or allied health is desirable.
- The ability to work independently and remotely is essential.
This is a casual remote role that offers opportunities for professional growth and development.
