- Key Responsibilities:">
- Provide clinical nursing subject matter expertise for the provision of donor post-test result management and counselling.">
- Assist in other relevant areas of Medical Services as required.">
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and customer satisfaction.">
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and delivery.">
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to continuous professional development.">

- Requirements:">
- Postgraduate certificate in sexual health or equivalent experience.">
- Registered Nurse with current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency (AHPRA).">
- Minimum 5 years' post-registration experience in relevant areas of practice.">
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, including problem-solving, change management and conflict resolution frameworks.">
- Customer service experience, including post-test discussions.">
- Demonstrated ability to utilise a range of computer systems.">
- Self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision.">
- Ability to take initiative, set priorities and complete tasks on time.">
- Accuracy and attention to detail.">
- Proven ability to use information and reporting systems appropriate to the position.">
