  • Key Responsibilities:">
  • Provide clinical nursing subject matter expertise for the provision of donor post-test result management and counselling.">
  • Assist in other relevant areas of Medical Services as required.">
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and customer satisfaction.">
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and delivery.">
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to continuous professional development.">

    • Requirements:">
    • Postgraduate certificate in sexual health or equivalent experience.">
    • Registered Nurse with current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency (AHPRA).">
    • Minimum 5 years' post-registration experience in relevant areas of practice.">
    • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, including problem-solving, change management and conflict resolution frameworks.">
    • Customer service experience, including post-test discussions.">
    • Demonstrated ability to utilise a range of computer systems.">
    • Self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision.">
    • Ability to take initiative, set priorities and complete tasks on time.">
    • Accuracy and attention to detail.">
    • Proven ability to use information and reporting systems appropriate to the position.">
