This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee the daily well-being and care of residents in our residential care homes. You will be part of a dedicated team working collaboratively with the Residential Care Coordinator to create a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise a team of residential care workers to ensure high-quality care is provided at all times.
- Develop and implement behaviour management programs for children and adolescents with challenging behaviours.
- Demonstrate initiative and collaborate effectively within teams when working alone or in a group setting.
- A relevant bachelor's degree or diploma accompanied by significant experience in a related field.
- Proven skills in developing and implementing effective behaviour management programs.
- An ability to lead and supervise a team effectively.
