- Oversee capital works projects, prepare detailed budgets, and deliver timely reports to clients.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, lease obligations, and other relevant laws.
- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain presentation and performance standards.
- Identify opportunities to add value for new and existing clients, improving their overall experience.
- A proven track record in the property industry, with a Property Representative Licence.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Strong organisational ability, time management, and attention to detail.
- A customer-centric approach, prioritising client needs and delivering exceptional service.
