Corporate Learning Strategy Executive

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Capability Strategist to join our organisation. This role involves driving forward-thinking learning strategies that align with business goals, as well as managing partnerships to achieve maximum impact.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-impact corporate learning functions in dynamic, technology-driven environments.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute a visionary learning strategy that addresses current and future capability requirements.
- Establish robust governance for seamless integration and strategic alignment of all learning initiatives across the organisation.
- Accountable for the design, delivery, and success of learning initiatives, ensuring they drive capability growth, engagement, and performance.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute transformative learning strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Mastery across various learning modalities, from immersive experiences to virtual, social, self-directed, and emerging technologies.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience leading high-impact corporate learning functions in dynamic organisations.
