About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Exhibition Manager to lead our high-performing team in Belrose. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for driving sales, promoting a collaborative culture, and ensuring the showroom maintains the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales: Maximise sales opportunities while providing an exceptional standard of customer service at all times.
  • Product Knowledge: Provide exceptional product knowledge and offer solutions to customers' furnishing needs.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team to successfully achieve KPIs on daily & weekly targets.
  • Training and Development: Train and coach new and existing staff, constantly developing your team.
  • Customer Relationships: Follow up on customer inquiries, solve problems, maintain strong customer relationships, and provide great aftercare service.

About You:

  • Demonstrate a proven track record in selling high-value items.
  • Be driven to succeed, competitive, ambitious, and self-motivated.
  • Lead a successful team of Sales Consultants to drive our brand.
  • Be available to work every weekend, as these are our most critical and busy days.
  • Immaculately presented, suitable for a high-end showroom environment.
  • Have exceptional leadership and motivational skills to drive sales outcomes with every team member.
  • Experience managing a Retail Sales team and increasing sales performance.
