We are seeking a skilled professional to drive a continuous improvement culture and act as a clinical resource for staff in a person-centred care environment.
The ideal candidate will focus on clinical service delivery, compliance, and audit processes, while taking pride in their clinical documentation management skills.

The successful applicant will be empathetic, have previous experience working in an aged care setting, and possess:
- A genuine desire to make a positive impact on people's lives
- Leadership experience in clinical care
- A nursing degree and current AHPRA registration
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
