About the role Our Kangaroo Flat home is located in the heart of Bendigo's southern corridor, a vibrant regional city in central Victoria approximately 150 km north west of Melbourne.
Estia Health Kangaroo Flat is a warm and welcoming aged care home known for its close-knit community and person-centred care.
Surrounded by leafy parks and local amenities, the home offers modern facilities, strong clinical support, and a compassionate team culture.

You will: Drive a continuous improvement culture Act as a clinical resource for staff, offering clinical education Focus on clinical service delivery, compliance, and audit processes Care planning in line with new standards Take pride in your clinical documentation management skills You'll be someone who is empathetic and who's previously worked in an aged care home.
