Job Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to lead the delivery, oversight, and continuous improvement of security operations, engineering, and governance functions across the program.

The ideal candidate will have experience in strategic leadership, workforce planning, and workload management. They will also possess expertise in ITIL processes, cyber security, and customer service.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage Security Engineers and GRC professionals, overseeing performance, coaching, career development, and training.
  • Support workforce planning and recruitment to meet business as usual (BAU) and project needs, ensuring capability aligns with evolving priorities.
  • Coordinate Security Services Tower activities and deliverables, ensuring prioritization, scheduling, and alignment with program goals and governance frameworks.
  • Maintain effective tools, methodologies, and repeatable processes for delivering secure, supportable ICT and cyber solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical leaders and business units to design and deliver complex solutions.
  • Contribute to security incident response by coordinating technical teams and communication channels, ensuring timely and consistent stakeholder updates across internal and external audiences.
  • About You:
  • Demonstrated technical and team leadership in operational, client-facing, and collaborative roles, including within matrixed environments.
  • Practical experience with formal ITIL Configuration, Change, and Release Management processes, including associated reporting.
  • Background in Cyber Security Operations or supporting services is preferred, though not essential.
  • Strong commitment to customer service and delivering high-quality outcomes.

This role requires an Australian Citizen, NV-1 level security clearance, and ability to uplift to NV-2.
