We are seeking a skilled Senior Accountant to join our team. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in managing client portfolios across various industries.
This position requires a high level of technical expertise in accounting and tax for complex reports, financial statements, and tax returns.
- Manage multiple client portfolios and deliver exceptional service to clients.
- Provide technical guidance on accounting and tax matters.
- Prepare monthly management reports, cash flow statements, and working papers.
- Support consulting activities, including tax advice.
- Develop and mentor junior team members through coaching and delegation.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) or equivalent undergraduate degree.
- A completed professional certification such as CA, CPA, or equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in public practice accounting.
- Experience in professional services is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated exposure to medium and large businesses with multiple entities.
- A strong commitment to self-development and career progression.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- The ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
