Inventory Management Specialist

In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the integrity of our inventory management system. Your responsibilities will include controlling and monitoring full goods inventory to maintain stock accuracy and minimize discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock control.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory issues, including potential stockouts and durability concerns.
  • Liaise closely with distribution teams to implement effective inventory strategies.
  • Process product returns, coordinating with carriers and transport teams for smooth handling and resolution.
  • Manage non-conforming items and quality control issues, working with internal teams to close out cases.
  • Oversight of destruction loads and adherence to destruction protocols.
  • Develop and provide regular reporting to support inventory accuracy, capacity planning, and logistics alignment.
Requirements:
  • Experience with SAP EWM or ECC (desired)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Collaboration and influencing skills within a team
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations (an asset)
  • Knowledge of SOX processes (an advantage)
