We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our expansion in Western Australia. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of our business.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a proven track record of acquiring and retaining commercial customers. They will be commercially astute, with excellent negotiation, tendering, and closing skills. A self-motivated and proactive individual, they will have a solutions-focused mindset and excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

About the Role
  • Prospect, identify, and convert new commercial customers across key industries.
  • Lead tenders, proposals, and pricing strategies to secure new business.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Use data and insights to guide territory growth strategies.
  • Coach and support the broader sales team in commercial knowledge and processes.
  • Drive customer retention and build strong, long-term relationships.
  • Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to senior leadership.
