Experienced Secondary Teacher Wanted for Independent School

A fantastic opportunity has emerged for a dedicated Secondary teacher to join a prestigious global school in regional Victoria. Starting in Term 4 and continuing into 2025, this role involves teaching a variety of subjects, including English, Humanities, and Maths, with flexibility for those skilled in Science, Business, or other disciplines. • Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the Victorian/Australian Curriculum and educational standards.
• Manage classroom dynamics and create a conducive learning environment.
• Design and deliver engaging lessons for students in years 7-12, with a focus on English, Humanities, Mathematics, and other subjects.
• Assess student progress through tests, assignments, and formative assessments, providing constructive feedback to guide learning.
• Integrate technology into lessons, including using digital resources and online learning platforms.
• Build positive relationships with students, handle conflicts, and provide pastoral care.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff in planning, resource sharing, and professional development.

• Must be prepared to relocate to Regional Victoria.
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
• Minimum 4-year Bachelor degree with at least 1 year teaching qualification.
• Hold valid and up-to-date VIT registration.
• Demonstrate previous experience in teaching Secondary in Australia (up to VCE advantageous).
• Ability to provide contact details for three education-based references from within the last 5 years.
