**About Our Boarding Community**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our boarding team as a Residential Boarding Supervisor.

The Southport School is a leading Anglican Day and Boarding school for boys situated in the heart of the Gold Coast. Established over 120 years ago, we are committed to providing excellence in leadership, learning and teaching, pastoral care and extra-curricular endeavors within a balanced, holistic Christian environment.

Our boarding community has been an integral feature of TSS since our founding in 1909. Our boarders bring unique personal qualities and perspectives, creating a vibrant and diverse community within our School.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide residential supervisory duty for between 10-15 hours per week, rostered to ensure work-life balance
  • Support the wellbeing and safety of young people as a mentor and support person in a supervisory capacity
  • Hold or be willing to obtain a first aid certificate including CPR
  • Be willing to complete ABSA Level 1 Boarding/Duty of Care qualification
  • Meet minimum education requirements of a high school graduate
