About the Role

Capital Region Community Services Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Youth Resilience Program Facilitator to join our team. As a key member of our community programs team, you will be responsible for delivering innovative and engaging programs that promote resilience, positive mental health, and social inclusion among young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver creative arts programs for children and young people, including art, drama, creative writing, music, and photography.
  • Plan and facilitate workshops and activities that promote resilience, self-expression, and social connection.
  • Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to develop and implement program initiatives.
  • Conduct administrative tasks to support program evaluation and reporting.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications and/or experience in education, community arts, or youth development.
  • Experience working with young people, particularly those experiencing or at risk of experiencing mental illness.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Working with Vulnerable People registration and National Criminal History Clearance.
