Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Contract Manager to lead our dynamic team on a major project in North West Sydney.

Main Responsibilities
  • The successful candidate will collaborate with clients and project teams for successful project outcomes.
  • They will mentor and coach commercial teams to drive growth and excellence.
  • Developing and implementing project procurement strategies will be a key responsibility.
  • The selected candidate will manage project cost management, including head & subcontract variation management.
  • Head contract and subcontractor progress claim management will also be their role.
  • Maintaining cash flow oversight for head and subcontract agreements will be essential.
  • Preparing and presenting comprehensive monthly financial reports will be required.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a CA or Senior CA working for a head contractor is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated success in project-based contract and financial administration within major building developments is necessary.
  • The ideal candidate will be proficient in contract management with the ability to resolve complex contractual issues independently.
