Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join our team in Sydney. As an HSE Advisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of major commercial projects, working alongside leading tier 1 and tier 2 builders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and implement our client's safety, environment, and quality practices.
- Assist with regular audits to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Collate detailed reports for the client, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support contractors in developing and implementing project safety management plans.
- Communicate any non-conformances promptly and effectively to the site senior leadership team.
Requirements:
- Minimum Cert IV in WHS.
- 3+ years of HSE experience within commercial construction.
- Previous experience working on residential or commercial construction projects valued $30 M+.
- Proven experience in participating in audits, demonstrating strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Advanced computer literacy, particularly with MS Office suite and safety management systems.
