About the RoleWe are looking for a seasoned Human Factors Specialist with a proven track record in applying Human Factors Integration within the rail industry. Your expertise will be essential in developing structured, rigorous consideration of Human Factors issues and their mitigations from the beginning of the rail asset cycle.
Key Responsibilities- Apply Human Factors Integration within the engineering design process for rail systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to inform design development and contribute to the overall safety assurance argument
- Ensure the design of the rail system reflects the task capabilities and requirements of all end users
- Work alongside state and national sector leads to ensure seamless Human Factors integration

Requirements- Degree in Human Factors, Ergonomics, Psychology, or a related field

- Proven experience in Human Factors Integration within the rail industry
- Strong analytical acumen and commercial insight
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
