- Achieve high customer satisfaction by resolving Priority 1 and 2 incidents using knowledge, remote troubleshooting tools, and reference databases
- Keep customers updated and contribute to Knowledge Management
Your Ideal Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role or fast-paced customer service environment
- TAFE Certifications highly regarded
- Ability to multitask under pressure and maintain a collaborative approach to work
