Make a Difference in Children's Lives
- We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to fill the role of Case Manager. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the complexities of Out-of-Home Care and be able to provide exceptional support to children and families.
- To excel in this position, you will need:
- Degree in Social Work, Psychology or equivalent – To provide evidence-based practice and ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
- Flexibility to work some evenings and occasional weekends – To accommodate the diverse needs of our children and families.
- Current full Driver's License – To facilitate transportation and access to community resources.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently – To collaborate with colleagues and make decisions that benefit the children and families we serve.
- Experience in working with children and families – To bring valuable insights and skills to this role.
- Experience in Out of Home Care – To understand the unique challenges and opportunities presented by this sector.
- Experience working with volunteers – To effectively manage and support our volunteer mentors.
As a Case Manager, you will receive regular supervision and support from our experienced team. We also offer opportunities for professional development and growth within the organization.
