As a Cost Manager at Turner & Townsend, you will play a crucial role in delivering ambitious and highly technical projects worldwide. With over 130 offices globally, we offer a unique opportunity to work on exciting projects while being part of a dynamic, innovative, and client-focused team.

The successful candidate will have strong experience in cost planning, tender administration, and post-contract cost management. You will be responsible for managing client expectations, communicating potential risks or opportunities, and maintaining the highest standards of governance and quality assurance.

We are looking for a Recognised degree holder in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a similar field with sound experience in cost planning in Education and Healthcare government projects. A minimum of 4 years of experience in cost management roles is required, with emphasis on consultancy roles.

Achieving professional accreditation from RICS and/or AIQS is desirable, along with proficiency in CostX. If you share our passion for delivering better outcomes for clients and helping people realize their potential, we encourage you to apply.
