Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with the Executive and Leadership Groups to identify and develop new opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Support the development of business cases and funding proposals to secure investment in new programs and services.
- Design and articulate program and service delivery models that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to identify needs and opportunities.
- Develop and implement co-design processes to ensure that our programs and services are responsive to the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in business innovation, service design, and relationship management.
- Strong conceptual and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to design and articulate program and service delivery models.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
