About the Role

The Scots College is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of Head of Coaching Performance. This role is a critical part of our team, responsible for driving excellence in coaching across all campuses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with leadership and coaches to design and implement a coaching curriculum that aligns with the College's values and goals.
  • Recruit, hire, and develop a team of coaches who embody the College's values and are committed to excellence.
  • Develop and implement professional development and performance review frameworks to ensure coaches are equipped to deliver high-quality coaching.
  • Ensure coaches are aligned with College values, AAGPS bylaws, and the Code of Conduct.
  • Oversee team selection policies and conduct coaching workshops to enhance coaching skills.
  • Manage resources to support the College's mission and ensure effective stakeholder collaboration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Education Degree and/or Master of Educational Leadership or significant experience in leading whole school initiatives to improve student outcomes.
  • Demonstrated understanding of school improvement through data analysis.
  • Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to work within tight timeframes and manage multiple projects.
  • Knowledge of and experience in school organisation policy and procedures.
  • Commitment to nurturing positive relationships between students, staff, and external stakeholders.
