Assistant Store Manager Opportunity

LLS Australia is seeking a motivated and experienced retail professional to join their team as an Assistant Store Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth in a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coaching and Development: Encourage a positive store culture by coaching and developing your team's knowledge, skills, and behaviours, ensuring they are ready to excel and grow.
  • Health and Safety: Oversee and maintain a safe and secure environment for all team members, customers, and contractors, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing customer needs, providing solutions, and ensuring the best shopping experience.
  • High-Performance Team: Build and lead a high-performance team focused on achieving sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), driving store success.

Essential Experience/Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in retail sales, team development, and leadership, demonstrating a track record of success in similar roles.
  • A strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service, with the ability to address and resolve customer needs effectively.
  • Skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth operations and team efficiency.
  • Comfortable with technology and computer literacy, essential for managing store operations and reporting.
  • Willingness to work weekdays, weekends, and some public holidays, adapting to the needs of the store.
