Key Qualifications

1. Over 5 years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.

2. Familiarity with Salesforce Industries, particularly OmniStudio.

3. Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Apex, including Triggers, Controllers, and Classes for effective debugging and minor enhancements.

4. Valid Salesforce Admin certifications: ADM201 or ADM211 & Platform App Builder.

5. Proven problem-solving abilities, patience, and a clear understanding of how this role influences the overall customer experience.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Platform Developer 1 Certification or Omnistudio Certification is a plus.

2. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is advantageous.

3. Experience working within an Agile delivery framework.

Responsibilities

Manage and configure Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Digital Experience applications.

Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the Salesforce platform, capable of creating end-to-end automated workflows using declarative tools.

Investigate and resolve issues related to OmniStudio components, including FlexCards, Omniscripts, Data Raptors, and integration procedures.

Conduct ongoing system administration tasks, such as user management, application metrics monitoring, Salesforce configuration management, and data integrity maintenance.

Implement changes through the established DevOps framework.

Analyze various log sources to troubleshoot issues effectively.

Assess new Salesforce releases to identify functionality requirements and provide detailed insights on how changes will impact all relevant departments/users.

Create and maintain documentation on processes and configurations.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across various disciplines (business, architecture, data, etc.).

Work within an Agile delivery methodology.

Troubleshoot API and integration challenges with various applications, such as MuleSoft.
