  • Liaise with Stakeholders: Gather core requirements and concerns, aligning them with the agency's goals, and ensuring effective communication across business units.
  • Assess Current Business States: Recommend improvements for consideration by senior executives, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the agency's strengths and weaknesses.
  • Lead Communication: Represent the agency in internal and external forums, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage Requirements: Develop, document, and maintain requirements and documentation, including risk analysis, scope modeling, and problem tracking.
  • Elicitation Techniques: Conduct workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions to gather requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of stakeholder needs.
  • Strategic Documentation: Develop and maintain strategic and business requirement documentation, ensuring clarity and understanding across the organization.
  • Change Management: Develop and implement change management and communication plans to facilitate smooth transitions, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Risk Management: Conduct comprehensive risk analysis and problem tracking to mitigate potential issues, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
