Job Overview

This permanent full-time position at our Perth Airport centre offers an excellent opportunity for a driven and energetic leader who wants to be part of a passionate team focused on providing a safe learning environment to children aligned with our way of working.

Responsibilities
  • Build professional relationships with children, families, and colleagues, ensuring a sense of security, encouragement, and care to individual needs.
  • Participate in room routines, ensuring they are flexible, responsive, and child-focused.
  • Collaborate with educators and our educational leader to deliver high-quality educational programs.
  • Support a positive team culture, committed to continuous improvement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
  • An understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS).
  • Demonstrated skills and experience supporting the development and learning of children 0-6 years old.
  • A valid WA Working with Children's Check and satisfactory National Police Clearance obtained within the last six months.
