About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Education Professional to join our team as a Room Leader at our Perth Airport centre. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and supportive learning environment for children aged 0-6 years.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Participate in room routines, ensuring they are flexible, responsive, and child-focused.
  • Provide a sense of security, encouragement, and care to individual needs.
  • Collaborate with educators and our educational leader to deliver high-quality educational programs.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture, fostering reflection and continuous improvement.
About You

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated professional who shares our commitment to children's development and learning. To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or an ACECQ-approved equivalent).
  • An understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS).
  • Demonstrated skills and experience supporting the development and learning of children aged 0-6 years.
  • A valid WA Working with Children's Check.
  • Satisfactory National Police Clearance obtained within the last 6 months.

Educational Requirements:

A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQ-approved equivalent qualification is essential for this role. Our ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standard.Estimated Salary:

$65,000 - $75,000 per annum based on full-time hours and location.
