Automation Specialist Role

This is a rare opportunity to join an organisation at the start of their automation journey, influence its strategy, and grow into a technical leadership role within a large, complex enterprise.

The ideal candidate will have strong Business Analyst skills, with experience engaging stakeholders and documenting requirements. They will also possess hands-on experience with RPA tools and be curious about process improvement and automation.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with business stakeholders to understand processes and identify automation opportunities, mapping and documenting processes using BPMN and other relevant methodologies, conducting platform evaluations and recommending automation solutions, defining, documenting, and prioritising requirements for automation initiatives, working closely with technical teams to deliver automation solutions, transitioning into a technical RPA Developer role, contributing to development and program delivery, and supporting the automation program strategy and helping shape its direction within the business.
