Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced sales expert to lead our initiative in the sales, listing, and marketing of commercial properties across Geelong and the Surf Coast region.

  • This role will see the right person building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and maintaining a high presence in the marketplace.
  • The ideal candidate will source, list, sell, and lease commercial properties across Geelong and surrounding areas.
  • Negotiation skills are crucial for successful property transactions from start to finish.
  • A successful candidate will conduct inspections and all other duties associated with listing and selling/leasing a commercial property.

Key Responsibilities

  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS
  • SOURCE LIST SELL AND LEASE COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES
  • NEGOTIATE PROPERTY TRANSACTIONS
  • CONDUCT INSPECTIONS AND OTHER ASSOCIATED DUTIES

Requirements

  • COMMERCIAL ASTUETE ENTREPRENEURIAL AND IDEALLY B2B EXPERIENCE
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS
  • WILLINGNESS TO LEARN AND GROW
  • CURRENT REAL ESTATE LICENSE OR VICTORIAN AGENTS REPRESENTATIVE CERTIFICATE
