Marketing Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis.

This role plays a crucial part in driving brand awareness and increasing customer engagement for our food and beverage outlets across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with the operations team to drive awareness, footfall, and revenue to our restaurants.
  • Provide exceptional marketing support for our 19 food and beverage outlets across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Take ownership to create, develop, and implement a yearly marketing plan to include local offers and promotions, driving both in-house guests and local residents to the venue.
  • Ensure all outlets have the correct promotional material and support required to successfully drive onsite marketing and activations.
  • Drive a strong ROI through tactical food and beverage campaigns across owned and bought media channels.
  • Plan and deliver onsite activities in line with seasonal calendar events.
  • Present regular updates to the wider food and beverage department about up-and-coming marketing activity.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years experience within a similar position.
  • Previous food & beverage marketing experience will be very highly regarded.
  • Well-rounded marketing skills and understanding across all channels.
  • Experience in managing and delivering successful marketing campaigns that achieve strategic goals, ROI, and revenue targets.
  • Ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with current social media platforms and evolving trends.
  • Excellent time management with the versatility and adaptability to work simultaneously on a variety of projects.
  • Relevant qualification in marketing (preferred but not essential).
