Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled marketing professional to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in shaping and leading our brand, campaigns, and customer outreach strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans, goals, and initiatives to drive business growth
  • Manage the execution of advertising projects within set timelines and budgets
  • Contribute to business growth by developing and executing marketing strategies, goals, and initiatives
  • Offer guidance on various aspects of marketing, including, advertising, promotions, and sales techniques
  • Track the performance of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and actionable insights
  • Evaluate data from digital marketing campaigns and platforms to assess effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years' experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing and sales strategies with strong financial acumen
  • Technical marketing and sales skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including strong copy writing skills
  • Strong understanding of how social media works in the context of marketing and the ability to drive social media and digital marketing
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships and provide excellent customer service
  • Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills
  • Problem analysis and solving skills
  • Ability to multitask various responsibilities and projects
  • Proven experience in customer and market research
