We are seeking an experienced Operations Executive to lead the strategic direction of our organization.

About the Role

This is a senior leadership position that requires a high level of expertise in operations management, project delivery, and financial control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and optimise operations across multiple businesses.
  • Produce performance reports, forecasts, and KPIs.
  • Implement systems for efficiency, compliance, and growth.
  • Foster a high-performance culture across diverse teams.
  • Represent the organisation with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Senior operational leadership experience (COO, GM, or similar) in construction, infrastructure, or property.
  • Strong financial and project management skills.
  • Experience leading multi-entity or multi-location operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership ability.
