Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Store Operations Manager to oversee a passionate team at our Robina store.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a leader who is keen to progress in their retail career and drive high-performing teams to achieve optimal results.

  • Motivating your team to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPIs, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control and shrinkage.
  • Closely monitoring store sales to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets - acknowledging outstanding results and identify any areas of missed opportunity.
  • Effectively manage wage costs to weekly wage targets, company rostering standards and following industry guidelines.
  • Coach and mentor your team to maintain high team morale and encourage the development of their store teams by ensuring training and succession plans are in place.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have experience in:

  • Ensuring efficient operation of stores to achieve optimal results.
  • Motivating teams to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPIs, and added value targets.
  • Managing wage costs and adhering to company rostering standards.
  • Coaching and mentoring teams to maintain high team morale and develop store teams.
