  • Assist clients with personal care needs, including showering, dressing, and mobility assistance.
  • Perform household tasks tailored to clients' specific requirements.
  • Document progress and communicate effectively with clients and their families.
  • Build strong relationships and provide emotional support to empower clients to live independently.
  • Provide transportation and community access as needed.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support or related field (preferred).
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Valid Australian Driver's License and registered vehicle for transport shifts.
  • Working rights in Australia.
