Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Received apprenticeship training in commercial cookery">
  • Experience with Asian cuisine and Wok skills desirable">
  • Proficiency with diverse food preparation techniques and cooking equipment">
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including overnight shifts is a must">
