We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Optical Assistant/Dispenser to join our dynamic team at ProVision. If you have a passion for working with children and a strong background in sales, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Experience in dispensing is desirable, but we are open to training the right candidate who is eager to learn and grow with us.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients of all ages, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Dispense and fit eyewear with precision and care, utilizing manual vertometers and Sunix software for efficient patient management.
  • Work closely with our Optometrists and Dispensers to support vision therapy and myopia management, contributing to the overall success of our pediatric optometry practice.
  • Contribute to the positive, fun, and supportive atmosphere within our team, fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.

**Qualifications & Skills:**

  • Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing is an advantage, but not essential; we are open to training the right candidate.
  • Experience with a manual vertometer is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong sales experience is essential, with a proven track record of success in a retail or customer-facing environment.
  • Ability to work effectively with children and patients of all age groups, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
  • Flexibility to cover additional days when team members are on leave, ensuring seamless service delivery.
