This is an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse to join our dedicated team and make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate registered nurse to deliver exceptional care to our residents. As a member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for assessing and responding to changing customer conditions, developing and implementing plans of care in partnership with customers and their loved ones, and ensuring full compliance with organizational, professional and aged care standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical assessment and response to changes in customer condition in consultation with the broader healthcare team.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate plans of care in partnership with customers and their loved ones.
  • Liaise with appropriate healthcare professionals to deliver quality care to customers.
  • Ensure full compliance with organizational, professional and aged care standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • AHPRA Registration.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse in an aged care setting.
  • Strong planning and coordination skills in care delivery.
  • Ability to guide staff in wound and diabetes care.
  • Sound understanding of medication systems.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
