Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused Sales Professional to join our team in Parramatta. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for connecting with customers to help them find their unique piece of jewellery, working effectively in a team, and maintaining high standards of store presentation and merchandising.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Work effectively in a team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and policies and procedures
  • Generate sales and meet sales targets
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a sales-focused customer service position
  • Ability to work effectively, individually and in a team
  • Strong communication skills and a personable approach to help create special moments in our customers' lives
  • Flexible availability to meet our seven-day roster requirements
