**Estimated Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum (dependent on experience)**

**Job Description:**

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and guidance throughout the rail project lifecycle, ensuring that all aspects of track works meet safety, quality, and technical standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives and deliver results within tight deadlines.
  • Develop and review methodologies for track construction, including slab installation, to ensure they align with industry best practices.

**Requirements:**

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Track Project Engineer on major rail infrastructure projects, with a strong understanding of track design, construction, and maintenance.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining attention to detail and delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders at all levels.
