Asset Readiness Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Readiness Specialist to join our team. This role requires strong knowledge of asset management principles and practices, as well as experience in establishing maintenance plans, spare parts management, and implementing health, safety, and environmental procedures.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to the delivery of our projects.

As an Asset Readiness Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all assets are properly managed throughout their lifecycle, from acquisition to disposal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure optimal asset performance and availability.
  • Spare Parts Management: Identify and procure spare parts required for asset operation and maintenance.
  • Health, Safety, and Environmental Procedures: Implement and enforce HSE procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or asset management.
  • Professional Certifications: Possession of relevant professional certifications, such as CMRP or CAMP.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in asset management, maintenance planning, or a related field.
