Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven leader to take charge of our Concrete Operations team at our Tamworth and Gunnedah sites in the New England region of NSW.

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading teams through change and delivering sustainable growth.
  • A strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting and month-end reporting is highly desirable.

  • Lead and support your team to consistently deliver excellent service and operational outcomes.
